As you are aware from our previous conversations at practice, the new High School Shin Guard rule requires that all shin guards worn by our players must have the NOCSAE stamp on them.
"The new NOCSAE shin guards will be stamped or labeled with the NOCSAE logo. They will specify which size is correct for a particular-sized player, making it easy for players, coaches and officials to differentiate which shin guards are to be worn."
You will not be allowed to play unless your guards have this logo. I will have 30-40 pairs of these guards at practice on Thursday or Friday this week. I will be selling them for Not Just Soccer at a discounted rate of $18.00. If you do not have a pair yet and need to purchase some please bring your check made out to Not Just Soccer for $18.00 and I will sell you a pair. You will not be allowed to play in the Jamboree this weekend if you do not have an approved pair of shin guards!
